An excellent cool climate Shiraz from Beechworth, this Indigo Secret Village Shiraz is just ace.
Lacy, measured depth, broad through the palate with a thick layer of flavour that seems painted on - come at me. Despite the generous flavour profile, it holds itself with poise and is not weighty.
Dark cherries, plums and mulberries glide through on a silk sheet. Drying out ever so slightly, juicy, buxom tannins captivate and build a moreish appeal. A terrific wine to embrace beside a fire pit, a Sunday roast, or binge-watching a series with your love. Give me it all.
