Pink Lady apples and Golden apples make the first move with bath powder and lime juice. It's a wine with shape rather than zip. That considered presence opens the door to a wider array of food partners than you'd expect from a fresh, high-acid Riesling. A chalky and powdery texture is painted through the palate, giving much to consider and urging you back for another sip. A very smart Riesling ready to drink now, but it will equally reward some bottle age.
