Although labelled NV, this is entirely 2025 vintage, with a gentle 5g/L dosage keeping things fresh and lively.
Lemon juice and canned pears lead the charge, with good acidity providing plenty of zip. A fine bead of creaminess adds a little softness through the palate, before a green apple highlight brings a crisp, refreshing flick to the close.
This is Prosecco that is comfortable in its own skin. It bowls along with ease, bringing crowd-pleasing appeal without overcomplicating things.
