Balancing Rock sits on the former Preston Peak site. The original vines were planted in 1996.
Expressive aromas can't be missed and spill from the glass with lychees the main culprit. Rockmelon and musk make a play for attention too. Quite generous in the mouth, the fruit is clean and fresh. Some texture rides through the mid-palate with a ginger nut biscuit spice swooping late. Ideal for Asian dishes or a lazy afternoon in front of the campfire.
