What starts off as quite exciting and enterprising aromatically moves to the mouth where it's quite tart and sour - think under ripe green apples and lemon tart.
Through the mouth it's quite fat but the interest levels plummet - like a surfer awaking to great surf but then to see it flatten out. That under ripe green apple clings on with acid that's tight and is firm. A white wine best enjoyed with fatty foods I suspect.
