Loaded with fresh tropical fruit, think vibrant passionfruit, green melon, and pineapple. Quite leafy too with cut green herbs, cut grass with morning dew for good measure. Bitey acidity is there ready to slice through fatty dishes - hello fish n chips. Not my style but I can't speak for all.
