Copper like in appearance, it's a blend of Aglianico, Nero d'Avola and Sagrantino (59/31/10). Handpicked, wild fermented and whole bunch pressed, the Aglianico component saw some time in old oak.
Red apples, strawberries, a creamy drive and touches of red currant all mesh with ease. Dry and crisp with a red apple acidity, there's almost a crunch factor present too. Food friendly deluxe.
It's a chill hard and laugh with friends kinda wine - precisely what you need on lazy days.
