Soaked on skins, barrel fermented and aged on lees makes this quite a unique take on Riesling.
Be greeted by pretty white florals and limes a plenty. Talc feels through the mouth showing great textural depth. There's still a crisp factor which you'd expect with a good Riesling too. Crisp acidity brings the mouth. A great little wine.
