Part of the new Organics range, it's a Chardonnay that will pass the roast chook test.
McLaren Vale isn't the most ideal place for Chardonnay to be grown, but this is a sound wine that will be sure to please. It's zippy and tangy with lemon juice and zest a highlight from the outset. A slight creaminess from time in old French oak for seven months adds a level of intrigue with juicy yellow peach making an appearance. Some crunch on close from green apple acidity before the lemony gear kicks up again leaving a tang to muse on.
