Lean for a Merlot at 12.7%, this new release from Huntington Estate is bright and fresh. I like its vibe.
Whiffs of plum conserve and cigar box. Blackcruits and plums swoon. Fine spices and a subtle pepper ride out a long finish. A little warming on close, the tannins are a little tight and every so slowly drying. In the end, it is a wine that easy to kick back with.
