Scents of violets and dried purple flowers set the scene that reaches through to the mouth ever so slowly delivering a captivating mouth perfume. The palate awash with blackberries and blackcurrants and a little charcuterie board meaty appeal. The depth of flavour cannot be understated, yet the fruit seemingly floats on by. A flash of red fruit rushes in late before the elegant and silky tannins draw out to a most impressive length. Cabernet lovers, run to this.
