This is a killer Rosé. Dylan Grigg is in a purple patch at the moment and his wines are well worth getting hold of. Chill this and watch the sun fall from the sky - brilliance in a glass.
Made from Grenache with a dollop of Mataro, it kicks off with watermelon husk, white cherries, Campari and orange peel. Delicately spiced with the shimmer of fruit bun spices loitering with intent, it possesses a milk bottle lolly creaminess and tonic textural feels. The layers of intrigue peel off with ease as the slurp factor continues to elevate. A perfect sundowner or anytime downer, go here.
