I'm immediately caught up by its textural presence. A splash of seaspray is met with an unmistakable scent of ginger beer. Add lemons, lemon zest and canned pear as the delight keeps rolling. The palate is caressed by a fine and nuanced textural presence parcelled up neatly by a sherbety tang. What a cracker! There is plenty of joy here to see out summer and the onset of autumn. Great stuff!
