A spicy number, dried red flowers, touches of cola, fistfuls of plums and dark berry fruit all mingle with ease. Add ribbons of that Granite Belt minerality and you're in business. A wine you could get very comfortable with on a cool evening. I'm thinking herb crusted roast beef if you don't mind.
