Shiraz with 2% Viognier co-fermented and plunged twice daily. When I think Syrah I think silky feels from top to toe which isn't entirely the case here.
Red and purple berries sing with mulberries leading the charge. Black cherries slide in late with some black pepper. Dusty, drying tannins hang long sapping moisture from the mouth yet coercing another sip. A wine sure to find a legion of fans.
Drink to six years.
