Blackberries and black fruit are the boss in this bottle. Delicate savoury appeal in the form of star anise and clove flank the edges. They really add value here playing an wonderful supporting role. Fine spices tick away clutching to a long finish. Having said that, it's still a little firm but it's young. See this at its best in a few more years. It's a wine that will age comfortably well beyond ten years.
