A bigger, more muscular Shiraz than we are used to from the Hunter, but it's well worth sinking your teeth into. Give it some air and you will be rewarded deluxe. An excellent wine!
Purple fruits and dark berries go deep and sit long. It's that D&M conversation that seemingly lasts forever with no time constraints. The persistence through the mouth is nothing but moreish. The edges of the palate are puffed up a little to give some more fruit detail. The oak is handled beautifully with ribbons of spice winding their way through with absolute ease. Sip slow and stay a while. Brilliant!
