A fresh and fruity style Sauv.
Shelled peas, pineapples, tropical fruit, some grassy and cut green vegetable characters in there too.
It's quite dry through the mouth with a textural stamp sitting mid palate, a result of 11% barrel fermentation in new French oak. A wash of green melon rolls through to a finish dry. A bit too dry perhaps.
Still, it's a pretty good example of Australian Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh seafood, sunshine and a glass of this by the water would do the trick.
Drink now.
