A recent change of ownership has seen Peter Stark move to a consultancy role with Brad Rowe taking the reins in the winery and in the vineyard.
A spicy number, aromas of white peppery spice spill from the glass alongside black and blue fruits. Add some nutmeg and five spice and the scents are intriguing. Medium-bodied, it gently moves and sways around the mouth at ease. Beautifully balanced, only a third saw new French oak. A wine which is drinking well now but will reward cellaring for a decade+
