Made from 100% Fiano, the fruit was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, traditional method used, 27 months on lees, zero dosage, vegan friendly.
It's textural and creamy. It smells of yellow flowers and cut pear. The mouth is coated evenly with impressive fruit before a crunchy acidity lines the edge. A lingering finish just purs. Lovely with wonderful refreshing appeal.
