Initially opening up with fish sauce like aromas but this blew off and the expected blue and red fruit nudged its way forward.
A fair hand of caramel is played with an oaky presence. Some deft touches of cola too. There's dark fruit with some brown spices but a slippery feel coates tongue and fruit drops away quicker than expected. Some good acidity saw this ride through three days of tasting with ease so perhaps more time will be of benefit.
