Pineapple sage and a herby thing made the first aromatic impression with red apples and some lemon rind. It shows some complexity with poached pear and some golden apples to taste but it is like a party where everyone is sitting around and the DJ is not reading the room to get everyone moving. 8 grams of residual sugar per litre. Check out the "Lighter Cuvée 7%" for a little more interest and it's less boozy for the win.
