A melange of baked blueberries and plums, dark chocolate slides in underneath with a flash of mint. An array of fine spices tense up on close drawing you closer and building further intrigue. With a length that is seemingly never-ending, although I loved this release, you won't lose with any of the Fossil Hill 2023 wines in your glass.
