It's a Shiraz that grabs you with two hands. Bold, dense and super dark, an ocean of black and dark berry fruits greets you. Vanilla oak peers through with licorice and handfuls of Christmas cake fruit and fruit bun spices. There is some mouth warmth, but it's more of a comforting warmth than hot, overripe fruit. Still tense after three days of tasting, drying cocoa tannins cling to a persistent finish. This will live comfortably for 15 years+
