A true field blend with Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro all inter planted. These 70 year old vines on Mattiske Road were recently certified organic.
Freeze dried raspberries, baked blueberries and earthy, there are whiffs of wallet leather too. Red plums and sour red cherries drive through the mouth softly before a rush of spice and red apple like acidity skips about at the death. A wine which lingers long and offers wonderful drinking.
