This is a ripper. What's not to love about the juicy fruit and core of savoury goodness?
Bright red cherry fruit leads the charge from the outset. Earthiness and undergrowth shimmer. It's bunchy and that savoury side is captured by 25% whole bunches and gets me hooked time and time again. Porcini mushrooms, dried leaves and delicate fine spices all add layers of interest. A lick of sour red apple on close with a sheet of spice that rolls out long seals the deal. A great Pinot Noir.
