Loaded with roasted peppers, this is a big Cabernet.
Black fruits and handfuls of earthiness consume the mouth. Quite spicy and drying with some mouth warmth, it's a hard wine to come around to given its brutish personality. It's certainly a wine that needs food beside it, or better still, tuck it away and give it some time. Tasted after a few hours in the decanter and again on the following day, the vice-like grip was still prominent.
