A riot of white flowers, white peaches and fresh pear with a flash of honey. Well-handled texture folds through the mouth with fine spices, a touch of cashew and the hum of ginger trundling about. The energy and vibrance keep me in the hunt with a fine-boned minerality coursing its way through. Seaspray with a citrus tang having the parting word. What a beauty!
