A Pinot Grigio with a blush appearance - I love it. An excellent option for entertaining, this release from Soumah is a great drink.
Pretty aromas set the tone with white flowers and almond blossoms opening the account. Juicy pears, poached pears and white fleshed stonefruit work in unison delivering plenty of fruit with the flicker of honey latching on for the ride. Regular lees stirring has built a gentle textural profile - tick. Interestingly, it seizes up a touch on the mid-palate before superfine ginger spices hum on an elongated finish. Perfect for a lady's long lunch, the smiles and large pours will be endless. Great stuff from the team at Soumah.
