Tight, vibrant and fresh. There's few Chenin Blanc produced in the Barossa and not many more in Australia with the main players coming from the west.
Green melons, guava, fresh cut green herbs and a hint of minerality. There's a phenolic grip but it's the lemony twang which gets this on the move. Good going for those seeking something new with refreshment appeal.
