There's a great personality about this blend. It's fresh, crisp and zippy with some complexity to add more interest. Lime juice and lemon pith get things moving. A minerally vibe tugs for your interest with a mouthfilling complexity. A few more swirls of the glass and dab of nuttiness steps forward. Chicken, pork and pasta dishes are the go here.
