My first look at the debut Yalumba Wild Ferments label and I like what a see. Quality Sauv Blanc from the Limestone Coast region.
I can see this being a popular wine on the pour in bars or being sipped casually at picnics and alike on weekends.
Attractive aromas of white flowers, cut herbs, lemon zest and snow pea husks. Tangy gooseberry and lemon juice spring to life in the mouth with a cleansing acidity. Summer days done easy.
No RRP was supplied but I'd guess it would be no more than $20.
