A shy personality initially but an easy Pinot Grigio to slosh in the glass nonetheless.
The aromas seem a little constrained but dive deep to find baked apples and citrus flowers. Some pleasing width through the mouth with cinnamon spices clinging to a long tail. The fruit thins out marginally but there's a phenolic presence which sticks. It goes ok.
