My first look at Auld Family Wines. A minerally drive the backbone to this Riesling release. Tempura prawns are firmly on the radar.
Baked apples are the main player when I swirl the glass and take a whiff. A gentle citrus tang rolls through with a bath salt perfume and lime pith to finish. It's a Riesling I'd prefer to have with food rather than just dropping on ice to quench a thirst.
Drink now to three years.
