Moorooduc's Kate McIntyre says this Pinot, "Has it's make up on and is ready to go."
There's a wonderful purity about this Pinot Noir. The fruit just unfurls with ease. Red florals and red fruit aromas make an early move, but there's not a deep concentration like its McIntyre sibling. Chocolate, cardamom, sauteed mushrooms and licks of sarsparilla all add interest. There's a gracious length which keeps ticking away. A more than respectable release.
Drink to eight years.
