A layered beauty, each time I went back something else reached out to grasp my interest.
Baking spices, pan juices, puffs of earth and dark plum fruit jumped the gun all racing for attention early. Raspberries and star anise chime in before long. It slides through with milk chocolatey feels before tensing up and showing a hand of dusty tannins. Dark chocolate clings on to a long and satisfying finish. A fabulous Barossa Shiraz well balanced ready to pounce.
