From an emerging label, vigneron Peter Stewart is confident this blend is the only one of its type in Australia.
With access to parcels of each variety, Stewart was keen to create a clean and crisp white with a difference.
Yellow flowers, peach skin and diluted apricot nectar straight up. A slight oily presence through the mouth which offers good width before it firms up finishing crisp with a super fine ginger like spice on close.
