Opening with highlights of cashews, fleshy apricot and yellow peaches fill the mouth. Add a nougat feel and a delicate creaminess from time in oak and you have a very tidy wine. Soft ginger spices have the final say lingering longer than expected. I'd be more than happy to have a glass or two.
