Great gear from the Barossa's Anarchy Wines. In the zone, this bone dry Rosé is a fab drink for 25 bucks.
Pink skies and pizzas, maybe just a lazy barbecue on the deck, whatever is on the plate this is damn good in the glass. It's got swagger and attitude yet it's loaded with refreshment factor. Think the white bit of the watermelon, rhubarb and red currants, orange peel and soft poaching spices. A little creaminess through the mid-palate but that spice tickle just clings to a moreish finish. Smart. Give me another glass.
Drink now.
