A softly spiced Cabernet Franc from Stockman's Ridge that unfurled nicely the longer it was open. Give it the time it deserves and you'll be smitten.
It possesses a good core of juicy fruit highlighted by blackberries and black currants with a flirtacious beacon of cola shining bright. Some cedary oak washes through as does some choc mint and dried herbs. A wine with good flow and presence, it ticks the boxes very well.
Drink to five years.
