Planted in the 1920s, the Warboys Vineyard now sees its eighth year as certified organic and biodynamic. 25% whole bunches, second and third use French oak puncheons were used. No fining or filtration.
Cedar and tar sit behind black fruits. Buckets of black fruits do the hard yards. Earthy feels sit below dried herbs and well-handled oak. Fine spices pull the noose and things finish tight. There's a big future ahead of this wine. Go here.
