Always medium bodied. Always delicious. Mighty fine Adelaide Hills Shiraz.
On the dark berry fruit spectrum, the fruit is velvety smooth. Whiffs of oyster sauce, cracked black pepper and star anise. The use of whole bunches (just under 20%) and wild fermentation evident. Oak protrudes a little, but the fruit consumes the mouth with ease. There's a calming feel which exudes from the glass - lovely stuff. Dusty tannins roll through softly finishing with a sprinkling of fine seductive spices. A sip all night kind of wine. Go here.
