Sourced from Dixons Creek, the fruit was handpicked and left on skins for five weeks. Old oak was used for 21 months before bottling.
Red cherries, red flowers orange peel plus an unmistakable aniseed tease. Faint touches of dark chocolate before powdery tannins line the palate on a moreish exit. Superb. Great Nebbiolo from head to toe. Definitely decant well before drinking - let it breathe and reap reward.
