Riesling and dumplings are best friends so don't break a winning combo I say. This is a good drink and the dumplings were damn tasty too.
Loaded with green apple and green apple peel, some minerality pulsates through the mid-palate. Tightish acidity tightens the noose framing the palate well. Lemongrass chimes in before lime leaf and a squeeze of lime juice the parting gift. Good stuff.
Drink now to three years.
