Classy drinking for those that enjoy this variety. Gooseberry, green capsicum and lemon grass all feature prominently on the nose. Cut green herbs plus some texture grip cruise through the mouth. There's a dryness to it, drawing moisture from the mouth. Lunchtime wine for sure.
