A blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro (61/28/11), there's a delightful spicy kick which runs a neat course through to a long and persistent finish. Choc dipped raspberries, cloves, tilled earth, flashes of rhubarb and char all add interest to the dried red currants and blueberry fruit. Gimme another glass just for good measure.
Drink now to five years.
