Gee this put on a show with some air under its wings. Over a few days I was captivated by its development. Say hello to the fourth release of this Graciano.
There's plenty to amuse. Think aniseed, clove, cumin seeds and black peppercorns. Dark plums, blackberries and char with a touch of smoke stand tall. Drying tannins, though a touch tense, let's you peer into the future with medium-term aging comfortably in this one's veins. Low 'n' Slow beef brisket or burgers would eat this up. Superb!
Drink now to 8 years.
