Part of the new Oakridge Yarra Valley Range, this Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Grigio.
I think I've found the first Oakridge wine I'm not overly a fan of. Oh, to be picky...
It's a super dry number. Freeze dried raspberry and some redcurrants have the fruit spectrum covered. There's some strawberries and cream presence but dried herbs fly the flag for a wine sitting more on the savoury side of the ledger. There's just not a whole lot of excitement about it - walking on its heels one could suggest.
Drink now.
