I spotted this on a well-considered wine list at an Asian fusion restaurant. Being the big Grenache lover that I am, I couldn't resist and I'm very please I was able to succumb to temptation.
Serve this slightly chilled and heaven's door will open - it is absolutely delightful.
Raspberries and blueberry paste frolick about at ease. Dainty fine spices entwine and flank the edge. The slurp factor here is immense - intoxicating in some respects. Serving it chilled also shows how wonderfully Grenache can be. Gimme more. Gimme all of it. A fabulous wine with the fun factor and pleasure dial cranked up high.
