Pretty aromas hook you in. Give it some air and it sings. A wonderful Hunter Valley Shiraz.
Red plums and dark cherries get things on the move. There is some violet perfume too.
Hunter red earthiness seeps through its veins as do those fine and dainty spices. Medium-bodied as you expect with Hunter Shiraz, the tannins are drying and a little firm but release their grip with time. Dried herbs run a neat course on close with a long and moreish finish chasing your heart. It got mine and will probably get yours too.
